Hi Gary, The first thing to do is check your junk mail box. Spam filters are pretty agressive these days. If it's not in there try checking the spelling of the email address you typed in. If that doesn't solve it, email support@foresighthq.com and we'll register you manually.

The first step is to create some users and then start on your plan.
Setting up users

Click on the Admin tab in the main menu

Under Account Admin you will see you have one Active User (you) and some Available Users. Available Users are user licences that you have purchased. All you need to do is give them a username and password.

Under User Profiles click on Create

Fill in the details of a person who will be doing the planning with you.

Keep adding users until you have all your people in the system or until you have no Available Users left. Note: If you require more users, just call us and we’ll add them for you. That’s your users set up. Now you need a plan

Creating a Plan

Click on the +NEW button in the top right of the screen

Give your plan a title and description. Don’t worry; you can change it at any time.

Attach your people to the plan. You just need to type the first few letters of their name and they should appear in a dropdown. Simply click on their name.

Lastly add your categories. These can be anything you like. It is simply a way to break down your plan into departments or key areas of the business. For example, HR, marketing, Finance etc. or you may wish to choose categories like lead generation, client retention and increasing average dollar sale. It’s up to you.

Click on the Plan tab in the main menu and start planning. Once you have created your plan.
